Booking Requests
Booking a villa with Oleanna Villas is easy! Once we have received your booking request, we will require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking. We will then send you confirmation of your booking. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. We want to make sure that you have the best possible experience with us, and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
Cancellation Policy
We know that cancellations can be disappointing, but at Oleanna Villas we have a strict cancellation policy. We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled booking. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for any cancellations made after that date. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting your stay.
